Delete Your Zendly Account
Zendly Express Private Limited allows users to request deletion of their Zendly account and associated personal data.
You can delete your account directly from the Zendly mobile app or submit a deletion request using the form below.
Delete Your Account from the Zendly App
- Open the Zendly app.
- Sign in using your registered mobile number.
- Go to Profile or Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the information shown and confirm the deletion request.
- Complete any OTP or verification step if required.

Verify your registered mobile number before Zendly receives the request.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
After successful verification and completion of the deletion request, Zendly will delete the user's account and personal data associated with the account, subject to information that must be retained for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, transaction, dispute-resolution, or security purposes.
- Account profile information
- Personal information linked to the account
- Saved account preferences
- Other personal data that is no longer required
